You know, I figured it out.

Yeah?

Uh-huh! So, after an appointment where they switch wires and bands and tighten and stuff, the pain usually starts overnight, or a little before. It really doesn't hurt that much, its just sore. And, this seems to only last about a week (or less) until I can chew things like.....I don't know, meat and stuff.

Separators

Ow. This morning I got tiny blue elastics stuck in the spots near my molars. It didn't take very long to put it in. It felt like something was squeezing in and then won't come out. When I talk or smile you can't really see them but if you do notice them, at first glance its like I was eating a bunch of gum and then it got stuck in my teeth. Ow. So next Monday these things will be taken out and thetn the braces will be put on. They (the people at the office) gave me a piece of paper that said-

The purpose of separators is to create space for a band to fit around a tooth. Separators must be in place for several days, but not longer than 10 days. If a separator falls out, it is not usually a problem. ...Do not chew gum or eat sticky foods with separators in place. Also do not floss between the teeth where the separators are located.

AHhhhh! Next Mon-day will be the real-day!

Hong Kong 2010

This year for summer vacation I went to Hong Kong(again). When I got there, I saw my grandparents and my aunt and uncle. My family and I stayed at Royal Park Hotel. Our first room number was 1220. After the first week, my family, my aunt, and my uncle went on a tour trip in Malaysia and Singapore. I really don't have too much to say but what I WILL say issss....
